Method of Application：
1. Boil 8 lts of water in a large stockpot. Prepare 1 kg of Pearl and set the time to 20mins. The ration of Golden Tapioca Pearl to Water is 1kg : 8lts.
2. After Water is boiling. Pour the golden pearl into the pot and slowly stir the pearl with large fire until the pearl float on the surface.
3. Reduce the medium fire, and countdown for 20mins.
4. After 20 minutes, turn off the flame, and cover the stockpot with the lid. Infuse the golden tapioca pearl for 20 minutes.
5. After 20 minutes, wash tapioca pearl to clean the sticky, golden tapioca pearl and strain out the tapioca pearl into a container. Serve the tapioca pearl with a small amount of honey or fructose for the best.
