Measure the tea leaves. For 100g of leaves, use 2,500ml of hot water and 1,500g of ice.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e2. Heat the water to 90 degrees Celsius, then stir the tea leaves in until evenly immersed.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e3. Cover and steep for 10 minutes.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e4. Strain out the tea leaves.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e5. Add the ice and stir well.
