Our Mixed berries powder is pre-mixed powder with creamer powder and sugar. We recommend to add extra creamer powder to enhance the taste. Mixed berries powder can be used in making bubble tea, smoothie, cocktail or flavoring ice cream, soft serve, shaved ice, pastry and cake.
Method of application:
Mixed Berries Milk Tea
1. Melt the 30g Mixed berries powder, 20g creamer, 10ml fructose together with 250ml hot water. Stir well until dissolve.
2. Add full cup ice into shaker.
3. Shake well and ready to serve with toppings.
