Our black tapioca pearls can be served in bubble tea or desserts.
Tapioca pearl is the most-loved topping in bubble tea. It often called 'boba', 'bubble', 'black ball' and 'black pearl'. It is soft and chewy, which is perfect to go with milk tea and fruit tea. It also can be used in desserts like: Taiwanese shaved ice and warm grass jelly soup.
It has to be cooked before serve. The preparation is straightforward. Let't make bubble tea at home.
How to cook?
Prepare 1 cup of Tapioca Pearls and 6 cups of water
Bring the water to boiled, once the water is boiled, pour the Tapioca Pearls into the pot
Cook for 25 mins
Turn off the heat and cover the pot for another 25 mins
Strain and rinse the pearl under cold water
Mix with brown sugar
Ready to serve
Best to consume within 4 hours
