Apple Crisp

Ingredients:
- 4 apples, peeled, cored, and sliced (approximately 600 grams, depending on the size of the apples)
- 1/2 (125 ml) Sunwide sugar oat paste
- 1/3 cup (80 ml) Sunwide brown sugar syrup
- 1/3 cup ( 40 grams) all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup(60 ml) unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 tsp ( 1.5 grams) cinnamon
- A pinch of salt (0.5 grams)
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Place the sliced apples in a baking dish.
- In a separate bowl, combine the Sunwide sugar oat paste, Sunwide brown sugar syrup. flour, cinnamon, and salt.
- Stir in the melted butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Sprinkle the oat mixture evenly over the apples.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the apples are tender and the topping is golden brown.
- Serve warm, optionally with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
