Collection: COCONUT JELLY

Coconut jelly is a firm, translucent topping cut into strips, made from coconut juice and agar. It holds its shape in a shaken drink, which popping pearls do not, and it is ready to eat straight from the tub.

• Range: seven coconut jelly flavours, plus star-shaped mango and heart-shaped strawberry for menus that need a visual point of difference, plus rainbow jelly.
• Pack: 3.85kg tub. One carton holds 4 tubs, 15.4kg in total. Rainbow jelly is 4kg per tub.
• Yield: about 128 drinks per tub at 30g per 700ml cup, or 64 drinks at 60g. A carton makes roughly 513 drinks at 30g.
• Shelf life: 18 months unopened, from the production date printed on the tub. Refrigerate once opened.

Original is the one to start with. It carries a light coconut flavour of its own, so it works in any drink without changing the taste, while the fruit flavours are chosen to match the drink they go in.

Drain a little of the syrup if you do not want it sweetening the cup. Coconut jelly passes through a jumbo straw. Pallet quantities are available on request.
