Do you ship to my city?

We deliver to all states and cities in Australia, including Melbourne, Geelong, Sydney, Newcastle, Wollongong, Sunshine Coast, Gold Coast, Brisbane, Canberra, Adelaide, Perth, Darwin and more. Shipping costs are based on weight and vary between different states of Australia.

How long does shipping take?

We ship orders 3 times a week. Expected delivery times are as follows:
Melbourne 1-2 business days
Sydney/Adelaide 2-5 business days
Other cities Up to 7 business days

We do not deliver to PO boxes or Parcel Collect, as we do not ship with Australia Post.
All orders placed after 12pm will be processed on the following business day. 

How do you determine shipping costs?

We do not offer flat rate or free shipping. All shipping is based on total order weight. To calculate your shipping costs, please first add items into your cart, view cart then click "calculate shipping".
 

The system says no shipping method available. What does this mean?

If you have difficulty placing an order, please email info@sunwide.com.au.
 

Do you ship to PO boxes or Parcel Lockers?

As we require a signature for all packages delivered, we do not ship to PO boxes or Parcel Lockers. We only ship to valid residential addresses and will not be liable for any lost orders requested for delivery without a recipient signature.
 

How do I track my order?

Most Melbourne metro orders are delivered on the same day, so tracking is unavailable. For other Australian cities, a tracking number will be available online.
 

What should I do if my order doesn't arrive?

Please email info@sunwide.com.au if your order doesn't arrive within 14 days.
 

My parcel was damaged during delivery, can you replace the order?

If you find your order has been damaged during delivery, please take several photos of the damaged item and the box for our reference and email to info@sunwide.com.au. We will respond to your claim shortly, however we cannot guarantee that all claims will be accepted.

Returns

We can accept returns for goods that are un-opened and the shipping cost will be the responsibility of the customer.

I've changed my mind and don't want the product anymore. Can I return it and get a refund?

Not all orders are eligible for return. For those eligible, returns can be made within 14 days after purchase at the cost of the customer. Please email info@sunwide.com.au for details.
