FROZEN TARO BALLS
Frozen taro and sweet potato balls (芋圓/地瓜圓) — must be cooked before serving, sold frozen so you only cook what you need.
- Range: Big and Small sizes, in Taro, Sweet Potato, Purple Sweet Potato and Mixed Flavours
- Pack: 600g per bag, 20 bags per carton (12kg)
- Cooking: Do not defrost — drop straight into boiling water at 1 part balls to 6 parts water, stir until they float, boil hard for 2–4 minutes (2 for Small sizes, 4 for Big), then cover off the heat for another 2–4 minutes and strain
- Use: Bubble tea and desserts. Frozen stock is order-by-request — contact us at info@sunwide.com.au
