Can we get free samples to try?

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not re-bottle or re-package our products, therefore there are no testers available. We recommend purchasing a single bag/bottle to try for the first time.

 How do I get wholesale prices?

We have wholesale option for bulk buyers. Please choose products from the wholesale page

 Can I amend my order once it's been paid?

No, orders cannot be amended once it's been processed.

 Can I cancel my order?

No, orders cannot be cancelled once it's been processed.

 Can I pick up my order at the warehouse?

Yes. The warehouse is based in Clayton, Victoria. All customer visits are by appointment only. Please ring 03 8513 0338 to arrange. 

 What do I do when a product is out of stock?

Due to popular demand, some of our items may be out of stock occasionally. Please stay tuned to our website and we will update inventory levels when items are restocked.

 What is the shelf life of your products?

From the manufacturing date, the shelf life is usually 12-24 months. However, due to import and transport processes, the shelf life is typically around 10 months when it arrives in Australia.

 May I set up a credit account for my business?

Credit accounts only apply to Melbourne metro customers. Please email for more information.

 I've never made bubble tea before. Are there any recipes you can provide?

Yes, we can provide you with some simple recipes here.

What happen if I would like to return my purchase?

All of the requests for returns must be completed with us within 3 days of your receipt of the shipment.. Please email us on about this request.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. 

How do I receive my Refunds?

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.  Refund will be provided less 20% restocking fee.
