Cheesecake Cup Dessert

Ingredients:
- 125 grams cream cheese
- ½ cup (120 ml) thickened cream
- 75 ml (75 ml) double cream
- 2 tbsp (30 grams) caster sugar
- 5 ml (5 ml) lemon juice
- Mangoes or strawberries (as needed)
- Sunwide passionfruit pulp(as needed)
- Sunwide Passionfruit syrup(as needed)
- Lotus Biscoff biscuits (optional)
Instructions:
- Beat cream cheese until smooth
- Add double cream, thickened cream and sugar to the cheese, and beat for 1 minute
- Add lemon juice and stir
- Fill half a cup with the mixture
- Add a layer of mangoes, strawberries or biscoff biscuit crumbs
- Fill the rest of the glass with the mixture and top it off with Sunwide passionfruit pulpand Sunwide Passionfruit syrup
