For a touch of crunch, add some Lotus Biscoff biscuits. Perfect for any occasion, this dessert promises a deliciously satisfying experience in every spoonful!

Ingredients:

  • 125 grams cream cheese
  • ½ cup (120 ml) thickened cream
  • 75 ml (75 ml) double cream
  • 2 tbsp (30 grams) caster sugar
  • 5 ml (5 ml) lemon juice
  • Mangoes or strawberries (as needed)
  • Sunwide passionfruit pulp(as needed)
  • Sunwide Passionfruit syrup(as needed)
  • Lotus Biscoff biscuits (optional)

Instructions:

  • Beat cream cheese until smooth
  • Add double cream, thickened cream and sugar to the cheese, and beat for 1 minute
  • Add lemon juice and stir
  • Fill half a cup with the mixture
  • Add a layer of mangoes, strawberries or biscoff biscuit crumbs
  • Fill the rest of the glass with the mixture and top it off with Sunwide passionfruit pulpand Sunwide Passionfruit syrup
