Honeydew Bubble Tea
Ingredients:
- 100 grams Quick Tapioca Balls
- 50 ml brown sugar syrup
- 50g honeydew powder
- 400 mL milk

Instructions:
- Boil and prepare the Quick Tapioca Balls . Drain and let it cool slightly, until tapioca balls aren't too hot to eat. They should still be quite warm.
- To a glass, add honeydew powder, brown sugar syrup, and milk. Blend until smooth.
- To each serving glass, add about 100g of Quick Tapioca Balls and add brown sugar syrup if desired.
- Fill the glass about half full with ice. Garnish with some extra honeydew chunks if desired. Stir well!
