Honeydew Milk Tea with Brown Sugar Pearls

Indulge in the sweet and creamy goodness of honeydew milk tea with chewy brown sugar pearls. This recipe brings together the smooth taste of honeydew tea, the rich sweetness of brown sugar, and the perfect chewy tapioca pearls. A deliciously satisfying treat that’s perfect for any bubble tea lover!

  1. In a pot, bring 1,500ml of water to a boil. Once boiling, add the Sunwide tapioca pearls and cook for 25 minutes.

  2. After cooking, turn off the heat, cover the pot, and let the pearls sit for another 25 minutes.

  3. Strain and rinse the cooked pearls under cold water to stop the cooking process.

  4. Return the pearls to the pot, add 100g of brown sugar, and stir over medium heat until the syrup thickens. Continue stirring the pearls until they are well-coated and glossy.

  5. To prepare the tea, mix Sunwide Honeydew Powder  with hot water and 200ml of milk. Adjust the amount of powder to your taste preference.

  6. Add ice to a serving glass if desired. Pour in the honeydew milk tea and top with the brown sugar pearls.

  7. Stir well and enjoy!
