Lemon Sorbet

Ingredients:
- 1 cup (240 ml) water
- 1/2 cup (120 ml) Sunwide brown sugar syrup
- 1/2 cup (120 ml)Sunwide lemon syrup
- 1 tbsp (6 grams) lemon zest
Instructions:
- In a saucepan, combine the water and Sunwide brown sugar syrup.
- Remove from heat and stir in the Sunwide lemon syrupand lemon zest.
- Pour the mixture into a shallow dish and freeze for about 1 hour, until partially frozen.
- Use a fork to scrape the mixture, breaking up any ice crystals. Return to the freezer.
- Repeat the process every 30 minutes until the sorbet is completely frozen and has a smooth texture.
- Serve the sorbet in a glass or in the lemon itself. Enjoy!
