Ingredients:

6 slices of store-bought sponge cake (or homemade, approximately 300 g total)

120 ml coffee syrup (made with Sunwide 2-in-1 Coffee Powder)

120 ml chocolate ganache

120 ml coffee buttercream
Instructions:

Place one slice of sponge cake on a flat surface or serving tray. Brush generously with coffee syrup.

Spread a thin, even layer of coffee buttercream over the cake, followed by a layer of chocolate ganache.

Repeat the layers with the remaining cake slices, ending with a final layer of ganache on top.

Chill the cake in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to allow the flavors to meld and the layers to set.
