Ingredients:

  • 6 slices of store-bought sponge cake (or homemade, approximately 300 g total)

  • 120 ml coffee syrup (made with Sunwide 2-in-1 Coffee Powder)

  • 120 ml chocolate ganache

  • 120 ml coffee buttercream

Instructions:

  1. Place one slice of sponge cake on a flat surface or serving tray. Brush generously with coffee syrup.

  2. Spread a thin, even layer of coffee buttercream over the cake, followed by a layer of chocolate ganache.

  3. Repeat the layers with the remaining cake slices, ending with a final layer of ganache on top.

  4. Chill the cake in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to allow the flavors to meld and the layers to set.

  5. Once chilled, slice neatly into portions and serve.
