Sunwide Chocolate Mousse
Ingredients:
- 360 ml heavy whipping cream
- 30 g Sunwide Chocolate Powder
- 60 g powdered sugar
- 30g Sunwide Agar-agar balls strawberry for toppings (Adjust the amount of product to your personal taste)
Instructions:
- Start by chilling a mixing bowl. Pour in the heavy whipping cream and begin to whip it until it becomes frothy and slightly thickened.
- Gradually add the powdered sugar and Sunwide Chocolate Powder. Gently mix until the mixture forms soft peaks.
- Transfer the mixture into a plastic bag or a piping bag fitted with a piping tip. Pipe into serving bowls or glasses.
- Add the Sunwide Agar-agar balls strawberry for toppings. Adjust the amount of product to your personal taste.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate until you're ready to enjoy.
