Sunwide Mango Muffin
Ingredients
- 120 grams Wheat Flour
- 60 grams All Purpose Flour
- 100 grams Sugar
- 120 ml Mango Puree
- 120 ml Sunwide Diced Mango
- 120 ml Curd
- 60 ml Oil
- 50 ml Sunwide Mango Syrup
- 5 - 6 grams Baking Soda (Cooking Soda)
- A pinch of Salt
Instructions:
- Preheat Oven:Set your oven to 180°C and prepare a 12-cup muffin tray with cupcake liners.
- Combine Dry Ingredients:In a mixing bowl, whisk together the wheat flour, all-purpose flour, sugar, baking soda, and salt.
- Mix Wet Ingredients: In a separate bowl, blend the oil, mango puree, curd, and Sunwide Mango Syrup until smooth.
- Combine Mixtures:Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, folding the mixture gently until just combined.
- Add Sunwide Diced Mango:Carefully fold in the diced mango pieces.
- Fill the Muffin Tray:Using an ice cream scoop, evenly distribute the batter into the prepared cupcake liners.
- Bake:Place the tray in the preheated oven and bake for 25 to 35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the centre of a muffin comes out clean.
- Serve:Allow the muffins to cool slightly, then serve them warm.
