Watermelon Lollies
Ingredients:
- 30 g Watermelon Powder
- 40 ml Watermelon Syrup
- 20g creamer
- 10ml fructose
- 250ml water
Directions:
- Melt the 30 g Watermelon Powder, 20g creamer, 10ml fructose together with 250ml water. Stir well until dissolved.
- Add the 40 ml Watermelon Syrup. Adjust the sweetness to your liking.
- Pour the combined mixture into ice pop moulds or small silicone moulds. Leave a little space at the top to insert the popsicle sticks.
- Place the popsicle sticks into the moulds, ensuring they stand upright.
- Place the moulds in the refrigerator and let them chill until the lollies are fully set. This may take a few hours.
- Once set, remove the watermelon lollies from the moulds and enjoy your delicious and refreshing homemade treat with the added texture of agar-agar balls!
