Our Yoghurt Powder is pre-mixed powder with creamer powder and sugar. And we recommend to add extra fresh milk to the cup to enhance the taste. It can be used in making bubble tea, flavoring ice cream, soft serve, pastry and cake.

Drinking Yoghurt often call "?? Suan Nai". Which it has become popular in Sydney and Melbourne.

Method of Application:
1. Yogurt Base:
Mix the 150g flavored powder, 400ml Cold Water, Fresh Milk 150ml and 50g Ice blender until it is well blended.

2. Adding Flavor:
200ml Yoghurt Based, Fructose 10g, Ice 200g, Water 50ml and our LT Fruit Syrup 24ml or Fruit Syrup with pulp 40ml. Put into Blender until it is well blended.

Ready to serve with toppings. (Recommend toppings: mochi/ popping pearls)

To customize your favorite drink, adjust the amount of flavored syrup, fresh milk and fructose to your preference.

Storage Instructions?Dry and cool area
