Tea Brewing Method

Tea : Hot Water : Ice Ratio
1g Tea : 25g Hot Water : 15g Ice

Brewing Temperature & Time
80°C for 8 minutes

Example – Batch Brewing

• Tea Leaves: 100g
• Hot Water (80°C): 2,500ml
• Ice: 1,500g

Instructions

1. Heat 2.5 litres of water to 80°C.
2. Add 100g of tea leaves and stir gently to ensure the leaves are evenly immersed.
3. Cover and steep for 8 minutes.
4. Strain out the tea leaves.
5. Add 1,500g of ice to the brewed tea and stir well. The tea is ready to serve.

Fresh Milk Tea 輕乳茶 – 500ml Recipe

Ingredients

• Fructose: 35g
• All Purpose Creamer Concentrate: 28g
• Ice: 140g
• Milk: 28g
• Gardenia Green Tea: 280g

Instructions

1. Add all ingredients to the T133 shaker jar.
2. Press “Shake” and wait until the machine stops. The drink is then ready to serve.
3. If a T133 shaker set is not available, add all ingredients to a manual shaker and shake well before serving.
