Honeydew Powder is a pre-mixed powder with creamer and sugar already blended in, in a light, sweet honeydew melon flavour.

Best for: Bubble tea shops, smoothie bars, slushie counters.

Method of application:

Honeydew Milk Tea

Melt 40g honeydew powder, 30g creamer and 10ml fructose together with 250ml hot water. Stir well until dissolved.
Add a full cup of ice into the shaker.
Shake well and serve with your choice of toppings.

How do I make a honeydew milk tea with this powder?

Dissolve 40g of honeydew powder, 30g of creamer and 10ml of fructose in 250ml of hot water, then shake with a full cup of ice.

That makes one 700ml cup. Stir until fully dissolved before the ice goes in, or the powder will clump at the bottom.
