Yoghurt Flavor Powder is a pre-mixed powder with creamer and sugar already blended in, in a tangy, creamy yoghurt flavour. Add extra fresh milk to the cup to enhance the taste. Also known as "Suan Nai", popular in Sydney and Melbourne.

Best for: Yoghurt drink menus, fruit tea programs, dessert kitchens.

Method of application:

1. Yoghurt Base

Blend 150g flavoured powder, 400ml cold water, 150ml fresh milk and 50g ice until well blended.

2. Adding Flavour

Blend 200ml of the yoghurt base with 10g fructose, 200g ice, 50ml water and 24ml LT Fruit Syrup, or 40ml Fruit Syrup with pulp.

Serve with your choice of toppings. Adjust the amount of syrup, fresh milk and fructose to your preference.
