Banana Oatmeal & Sesame Boba Pancakes
Start your day with a twist on a classic breakfast with these Banana Oatmeal & Sesame Boba Pancakes. Combining the sweetness of bananas, the heartiness of oats, and the unique texture of sesame boba pearls, this recipe transforms your morning routine into a flavorful adventure. Ingredients:
Pancake batter:
- 1 1/2 bananas (approx. 150 grams) (brown/ripe)
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup (90 grams) oats
- 2 tsp (8 grams) baking powder
- 1/4 tsp (1.5 grams) salt
- 1 cup (90 grams) sesame powder
- 1/2 cup (120 ml) vanilla Greek yoghurt
- 1/2 cup (60 grams) plain flour
- 200 grams Sunwide Tapioca Pearls
- Yoghurt creamer - mix 1/3 cup (80ml) of yoghurt and 3 tbsp (45ml) creamer (make up with a splash of water)
Instructions:
- Blender batter ingredients
- Boil Sunwide Tapioca Pearls (~20 mins), leave aside
- Cook pancakes on low heat until golden
- Stack them up
- Add creamer, toppings and pearls
