Promoter:
The promoter of this competition is Sunwide. - Eligibility:
- This competition is open to residents of Australia only.
- Participants must be 18 years or older at the time of entry.
- Employees of Sunwide, their immediate families, and any agencies involved in this competition are ineligible to participate.

Competition Period:
The competition will run from October 1, 2024, until November 30, 2024. Entries submitted outside of this period will not be accepted. - How to Enter:
- Follow @sunwidebubbletea on Instagram.
- Create a recipe using Sunwide products and share it as a post or reel on Instagram.
- Include the hashtag #SunwideDIY and tag @sunwidebubbletea in the post.
- Ensure your account is public for the duration of the competition.
- Entry Requirements:
- Content must adhere to Instagram’s community guidelines.
- Entries featuring inappropriate, offensive, or plagiarized content will be disqualified.
- Influencer Participation:
- Selected influencers will promote the competition by creating Sunwide product recipes in October and November 2024.
- Influencers must follow the same entry process to be considered for prizes.
- Judging and Winner Selection:
- A total of 10 winners will be selected.
- Winners will be judged based on creativity, use of Sunwide products, or engagement (likes, comments) on the post.
- Sunwide’s decision on the winners is final and not open to negotiation or appeal.
- Prizes:

The total prize pool is valued at $600. The prize details as follow:
Winner 1 will receive $100 Westfield Giftcard
Winner 2 will receive $50 Westfield Giftcard
Winner 3 will receive $50 Westfield Giftcard
Winner 4 will receive $50 Westfield Giftcard
Winner 5 will receive $50 Westfield Giftcard
Winner 6 will receive $100 Sunwide Voucher
Winner 7 will receive $50 Sunwide Voucher
Winner 8 will receive $50 Sunwide Voucher
Winner 9 will receive $50 Sunwide Voucher
Winner 10 will receive $50 Sunwide Voucher - Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable for cash.

Winner Announcement:
Winners will be notified via Instagram DM and publicly announced on Sunwide’s Instagram account.
If a winner does not respond within 48 hours, an alternate winner may be selected. -
Use of Entries:
By entering the competition, participants agree that Sunwide may use their submitted content (with credit) for promotional purposes on social media, website, and other marketing channels. -
Liability:
Sunwide is not responsible for any technical issues or disruptions that may prevent entries from being submitted or viewed. -
Privacy:
Any personal data shared during this competition will only be used in accordance with Sunwide’s privacy policy and will not be shared with third parties. -
Changes to Terms & Conditions:
Sunwide reserves the right to amend or change these terms & conditions at any time without prior notice. -
