Having a pot of tea is the best thing in winter

A blanket, a TV, a tea pot and a teddy bear (maybe!) are all you need in winter night. Have the best movie marathon night with good tea. 


Ingredients

4 litres of water

80g tea leaves / 100g tea leaves (Four Season Green Tea)


Procedure (Signature Black Tea)

  • Boil 4 litres of water in a pot
  • Turn off the flame
  • Stir 80g of tea leaves into the pot until well blended
  • Cover the pot with the lid  and let the tea leaves infused for 25 minutes
  • Filter the tea leaves and ready to serve

Procedure (Oolong Tea, Earl Grey & Assam Tea)

  • Boil 4 litres of water in a pot
  • Turn off the flame
  • Stir 80g of tea leaves into the pot until well blended
  • Cover the pot with the lid  and let the tea leaves infused for 10 minutes
  • Filter the tea leaves and ready to serve

Procedure (Jasmine Green Tea)

  • Boil 4 litres of water in a pot
  • Turn off the flame and lower the water temperature to 80 degrees Celsius
  • Stir 80g of tea leaves into the pot until well blended
  • Cover the stockpot with the lid and leave for 5 minutes
  • After infusing the tea leaves, stir everything well, filter out the tea leaves and ready to serve.

Procedure (Four Season Green Tea)

  • Boil 4 litres of water in a pot
  • Turn off the flame and lower the water temperature to 90 degrees Celsius
  • Stir 100g of tea leaves into the pot until well blended
  • Cover the stockpot with the lid and leave for 10 minutes
  • After infusing the tea leaves, stir everything well, filter out the tea leaves and ready to serve.
