
Matcha Butter Cookies
Classic shortbread meets earthy matcha in these buttery cookies. With a soft, crisp texture and balanced flavour, they’re ideal for pairing with tea or enjoying on their own.
Ingredients:

200 g all-purpose flour

30 g Sunwide Matcha powder

100 g unsalted butter (softened)

80 g powdered sugar

1 egg yolk (about 20 g)

Pinch of salt
Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 170°C. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.

Cream butter and sugar until light.

Mix in egg yolk, then sift in flour, salt, and Matcha powder.

Roll dough into small balls, flatten slightly, and bake for 12–15 mins until edges are golden.
