Ingredients:

150 g all-purpose flour

10 g baking powder

80 g sugar

1 egg (50 g)

100 ml coconut milk

40 ml oil

20 g Sunwide Mango Flavoured powder
Instructions:

Preheat oven to 180°C. Line a mini muffin tin.

Whisk wet ingredients together, then fold in dry ingredients.

Fill muffin cups ¾ full and bake for 12–15 mins until golden.
