
Matcha Cookie
Craving something a little different? These Matcha Cookies bring together the earthy richness of matcha with a soft, chewy texture, making them the perfect treat for those who love a unique twist on a classic cookie.
Ingredients:

180 grams all-purpose flour

7 grams Sunwide pure matcha powder (add a little more for stronger flavor)

2 grams baking soda

1.5 grams salt

113 grams unsalted butter, softened

100 grams white sugar

50 grams brown sugar
-
1 egg
-
5 grams vanilla extract

Optional: 65-90 grams white chocolate chips or chopped nuts
Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a bowl, whisk together:
Flour + Sunwide pure matcha powder + baking soda + salt
3. In another bowl, beat:
Butter + white sugar + brown sugar until creamy.
4. Add egg and vanilla to the butter mix. Mix well.
5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mix. Stir until combined.
6. Fold in white chocolate chips if using.
7. Scoop dough into small balls. Place on a baking sheet.
8. Bake for 9–11 minutes or until the edges are just set.
9. Let cool for a few minutes, then enjoy
