Peaches and Cream
Ingredients:
- 500 grams Diced Peaches
- 10ml Brown Sugar Syrup
- 250ml cream
- 50 grams Agar - Agar Balls Peach (for toppings)
Directions:
- Place the 500 grams Diced Peaches in a bowl.
- Mix it with the 10 ml Brown Sugar Syrup.
- Pour the cream evenly over the top.
- Top it with Agar - Agar Balls Peach (adjust the amount according to preference)
- Let sit for 10-20 minutes to let the peaches release their juices and sweeten the cream even more.
- Stir and enjoy.
