Peaches and Cream

Ingredients:

• 500 grams Diced Peaches
• 10ml Brown Sugar Syrup
• 250ml cream
• 50 grams Agar - Agar Balls Peach (for toppings)

Directions: 

1. Place the 500 grams Diced Peaches in a bowl. 
2. Mix it with the 10 ml Brown Sugar Syrup. 
3. Pour the cream evenly over the top.
4. Top it with  Agar - Agar Balls Peach (adjust the amount according to preference)
5. Let sit for 10-20 minutes to let the peaches release their juices and sweeten the cream even more.
6. Stir and enjoy.
