Sesame Powder Banana Pudding

Ingredients:
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 cup plain yogurt

- 20g creamer
- 10ml fructose
- 250ml hot water
- 1 tablespoon honey (adjust to taste)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Optional toppings: sliced bananas, a sprinkle of sesame seeds, and a drizzle of honey
Instructions:
1. Melt the sesame powder, 20g creamer, 10ml fructose together with 250ml hot water. Stir well until dissolved.
2. In a blender or food processor, combine the ripe bananas, plain yogurt, mixture from step 1, honey, and vanilla extract.
3. Blend the mixture until smooth and well combined. Taste and adjust the sweetness with more honey if needed.
4. Pour the sesame powder banana pudding into individual serving dishes or small bowls.
