Strawberry Matcha Bubble Tea

Ingredients:

• 100 grams Quick Tapioca Balls 

• 250ml water

• 30 grams matcha latte powder

• 50ml strawberry syrup

• 250ml oat milk

• Ice

Instructions:

1. Boil and prepare the Quick Tapioca Balls . Drain and let it cool slightly, until tapioca balls aren't too hot to eat. They should still be quite warm.
2. Combine water and matcha latte powder in a cocktail shaker. Vigorously shake 30 times.
3. Put warm tapioca balls into a cup and add  strawberry syrup. Add ice, oat milk, then matcha.
4. Serve immediately and stir before drinking.
