Strawberry Matcha Bubble Tea
Ingredients:

100 grams Quick Tapioca Balls

250ml water

30 grams matcha latte powder

50ml strawberry syrup

250ml oat milk
-
Ice
Instructions:
- Boil and prepare the Quick Tapioca Balls . Drain and let it cool slightly, until tapioca balls aren't too hot to eat. They should still be quite warm.
- Combine water and matcha latte powder in a cocktail shaker. Vigorously shake 30 times.
- Put warm tapioca balls into a cup and add strawberry syrup. Add ice, oat milk, then matcha.
- Serve immediately and stir before drinking.
