Chocolate Pudding

Ingredients

• 100g sugar
• 50g Chocolate powder
• 1-2g salt
• 30g cornstarch
• 500 ml milk
• 10ml vanilla

Instructions

1. In a medium saucepan combine sugar, Chocolate powder, cornstarch and salt with a whisk.
2. Add milk and continue to whisk. Heat to simmer over medium heat.
3. Cook for 1-2 minutes until thick and bubbly.
4. Remove from heat - add vanilla and butter
5. Pour into your favourite dessert glass and chill thoroughly.
