Collection: AGAR PEARLS

Agar pearls are firm, translucent spheres made from agar, not fruit juice, so they hold their shape and do not burst. They are ready to eat straight from the bag and pass through a jumbo straw.

• Range: five flavours (original white, brown sugar, lychee, mango and sakura pink) plus 5mm mini agar pearls for a finer texture in smaller cups and desserts.
• Grade: each flavour comes in two grades at two price points. Premium is made in Taiwan; Value is made in Vietnam.
• Pack: 2kg bag. One carton holds 6 bags, 12kg in total.
• Yield: about 66 drinks per bag at 30g per 700ml cup, or 33 drinks at 60g. A carton makes roughly 400 drinks at 30g.
• Storage: dry, cool area unopened; refrigerate once opened.

The 5mm mini size is the one to reach for on small cups, layered desserts and soft serve toppings, where the standard size looks out of proportion. Original white is the flavour-neutral choice; the fruit flavours are picked to match the drink they go in.

Grade is a sourcing choice, not a recipe difference: both are the same agar pearl made to the same specification, at two different origins and price points. Order Premium where country of origin matters to your menu or customers; order Value where price per kilogram is the priority.
