Shipping policy

We ship orders everyday. Expected delivery times are as follows:

Melbourne 1-2 business days
Sydney/Adelaide 2-5 business days
Other cities Up to 7 business days

We do not deliver to PO boxes or Parcel Collect, as we do not ship with Australia Post.
All orders placed after 12pm will be processed on the following business day.

As we require a signature for all packages delivered, we do not ship to PO boxes or Parcel Lockers. We only ship to valid residential addresses and will not be liable for any lost orders requested for delivery without a recipient signature.

Most Melbourne metro orders are delivered on the same day, so tracking is unavailable. For other Australian cities, a tracking number will be available online once it has been dispatched.
