Understanding the difference between our fruit syrups

• Sunwide Fruit Syrup: Standard range. Great for everyday fruit tea and drink recipes.
• LT Fruit Syrup: Premium range with the highest fruit juice concentration.
• CD Fruit Syrup: Syrup with pulp. Thicker texture and richer fruit mouthfeel.

Sunwide stocks 32 syrups across the three ranges above, held in our Melbourne and Sydney warehouses. The Sydney site is for dispatch only and is not open for pickup.

• Dosage: 40g of syrup to 300ml of brewed tea and a full cup of ice is the minimum for a 700ml drink. We recommend 60g for the best flavour.
• 2.5kg bottle: about 41 drinks at 60g, or 62 at the 40g minimum. One carton holds 6 bottles, 15kg in total, or roughly 250 drinks at 60g.
• 1.1kg bottle, pulp range: about 18 drinks at 60g, or 27 at 40g. One carton holds 12 bottles, 13.2kg in total.
• Shelf life: 18 months unopened for the Sunwide and pulp ranges, 12 months for the LT range, from the production date printed on the bottle. Store away from direct sunlight.

Fructose is bought separately, so cost your sweetener in as well. A menu running many flavours at low volume turns the 1.1kg bottles over faster and wastes less; a menu built on three or four core flavours is better served by the 2.5kg bottles.
