Blue Curacao Syrup can be served with Smoothies, Frappe, Black Tea, Green Tea, Ice Cream, Frozen Yogurt, Cakes, Cocktail, and Soda drinks, etc.
Method of Application:
Blue Curacao Soda
1. Add 30g of Blue Curacao syrup to the cup.
2. Add a full cup of ice cubes.
3. Top with soda water or lemonade and stir gently.
4. Ready to serve.
This is a concentrated flavour syrup. Use 30g per 700ml cup, not 40g.

What is the shelf life, and how should I store it?
Store in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight. Refrigeration is not required, before or after opening. The best-before date is printed on every bottle and every carton.
How many drinks can I make from one 2.5kg bottle?
A 6-bottle carton (15kg) makes roughly 500 drinks. This is a concentrated flavour syrup, so 30g is the standard dose — the same as a Monin-style flavour syrup, not the 40g used for our fruit syrups.
