1. General Rules & Eligibility

  • This promotion is a "marketing incentive" and does not constitute a legal contract of sale until an order is verified and fulfilled by Sunwide.

  • Each customer (unique email address) is eligible for one spin only.

  • Sunwide reserves the right to disqualify any participant suspected of "gaming" the system or exploiting technical loopholes.

2. Prize Redemption & Minimum Spend

  • Minimum Spend Requirement: All prizes require a minimum spend of $100 in products.

  • Shipping Exclusion: The $100 threshold is calculated based on the subtotal of items in the cart. Shipping fees do NOT count toward the $100 minimum spend requirement.

  • Redemption Limit: Discount codes are limited to one use per customer and one free item per order.

3. How to Apply Your Coupon Code

To successfully redeem your prize, please follow these exact steps:

  1. Shop: Add at least $100 worth of your favorite products to your cart.

  2. For Free Popping Pearls: Manually add the product of your preferred flavor of 3.2kg Popping Pearls (RRP$30) to your shopping cart.
    For Free Coconut Jelly (Original): Manually add 4kg Coconut Jelly - Original to your shopping cart.
    For 20% OFF: Discount will automatically applied when the cart has meet the $100 minimum spend requirement. 
    For Free Shipping: Discount will automatically applied when the cart has meet the $100 minimum spend requirement. 
    For Surprise Gift: You will receive a FREE GIFT when the order has meet the $100 minimum spend requirement. 

  3. Apply Code for Free Product Prize: Proceed to the checkout page and enter your unique coupon code in the "Discount Code" field.

  4. Verify: The value of the prize ($30.00 for Pearls or $20.90 for Jelly) will be deducted from your total once the $100 product minimum is confirmed.

4. Validity & Expiration

  • Unique codes are valid for 72 hours from the time of issue.

  • Expired codes will not be reissued, regardless of the reason for non-redemption.

  • Technical Errors: In the event of a system malfunction or configuration error (e.g., a code allowing unlimited redemptions), Sunwide reserves the right to cancel affected orders and void associated codes without compensation.
