Start your day with a burst of freshness. This Green Apple Smoothie combines the crisp, tangy taste of green apples with a creamy base, offering a revitalising treat that’s as refreshing as it is satisfying.
Ingredients:
• 30-45 ml Sunwide green apple syrup
• 120 ml plain or vanilla yogurt
• 1 small banana (for creaminess, optional)
• 120 ml cold water or milk
• A handful of ice cubes
• Optional: 15 ml honey (if you like it sweeter)
Instructions:
1. Add Sunwide green apple syrup, yogurt, banana, and liquid to a blender.
2. Toss in the ice cubes.
3. Blend until smooth and frothy.
4. Pour into a tall glass. Add a slice of green apple on top for fun!
