
Mango Matcha Layered Refresher
A bold mix of sweet mango and earthy matcha, this two-tone drink delivers flavour and contrast in every sip. The layers come together beautifully, sweet, creamy, and just the right touch of bitter from the matcha for balance.
Ingredients:

15 g Sunwide Mango Powder

100 ml cold water (for mango layer)

50–60 ml hot water (for matcha layer)

10 ml Sunwide Fructose Syrup (adjust to taste)

Ice cubes
Instructions:

Mango layer: In a shaker or glass, mix Sunwide Mango Powder with 100 ml cold water and half of the Sunwide fructose syrup (5 ml) until fully dissolved. Set aside.

Matcha layer: In a small bowl, whisk Sunwide Matcha Powder with 50–60 ml hot water until smooth and lump-free. Stir in the remaining 5 ml Sunwide fructose syrup. Allow to cool slightly.

Assembly: In a clear serving cup, add Sunwide Coconut Jelly and a handful of ice cubes. Pour in the mango mixture first.

Slowly and gently pour the matcha mixture over the back of a spoon (to keep layers distinct).

Serve immediately with a wide straw and enjoy the refreshing contrast of fruity mango, earthy matcha, and chewy coconut jelly.
