Frozen Small Taro Tapioca Balls is also known as 小芋圓 in Mandarin. The texture is soft and slightly chewy. It can be consumed with the jumbo sized straws.

Taro Tapioca Balls can be served in bubble tea or desserts.

It has to be cooked before serve.

How to cook?

The ratio of taro balls to water is 1 : 6
No Need to defrost the Frozen Big Taro tapioca ball
Pour it into boiling water stir until it float
Turn to high heat and cooking for 2 mins
Turn off the stove and cover and simmer for 2 mins
Strainer out hot water and Ready to serve

Storage Instructions: dry and cool area when unopened, freeze after opening

How do I cook Frozen SMALL TARO Balls?

Do not defrost. Drop them straight into boiling water at 1 part balls to 6 parts water, stir until they float, boil hard for 2 minutes, then cover off the heat for another 2 minutes and strain.

The small balls take 2 minutes each way. Defrosting first makes them break up in the pot.

What is the shelf life, and how should I store it?

Unopened, 24 months from the production date printed on the bag, stored at −18°C.

Keep frozen at −18°C and do not defrost and refreeze repeatedly. The best-before date is printed on every bag and every carton.

How many drinks can I make from one 600g bag?

About 20 drinks at 30g per 700ml cup, or 10 drinks at 60g.

A 20-bag carton (12kg) makes roughly 400 drinks at 30g. You cook only what you need, so there is no leftover batch at close.
