Frequently asked questions
How do I cook Frozen SMALL TARO Balls?
The small balls take 2 minutes each way. Defrosting first makes them break up in the pot.
What is the shelf life, and how should I store it?
Keep frozen at −18°C and do not defrost and refreeze repeatedly. The best-before date is printed on every bag and every carton.
How many drinks can I make from one 600g bag?
A 20-bag carton (12kg) makes roughly 400 drinks at 30g. You cook only what you need, so there is no leftover batch at close.
What are the bag and carton specifications?
Frozen goods are ordered through our office at info@sunwide.com.au rather than online checkout.
What is in Frozen SMALL TARO Balls?
Frozen taro balls hold their chew better than dried ones and cook in minutes rather than the 40-minute cycle a black tapioca pearl needs.
