Popping Pearl Cocktail and Grass Jelly Dessert
Toppings (+ cooking methods):
- Grass Jelly powder (mix 100g with 600mls of hot water and put in the fridge for 1 hour. You can make more, just keep it at a 1:6 ratio)
- 30ml (2 tbsp) Agar Agar Balls Strawberry (no prep)
- Tapioca Balls (boil for 25 mins/cover for another 25 mins, drain)
- Big Taro Tapioca (boil for 1 min, mix with sugar to taste)
- Mini Mango Mochi (no prep)
- 125 ml (half glass) Strawberry soju
- 125 ml (half glass)Calpis soda
- 250 ml (1 cup)Milk

> Strawberry Soju (half glass)
> Calpis Soda (half glass)
> Agar Agar Balls Strawberry ☀️
> Mix and serve
Recipe 2: Grass Jelly Dessert 🥣
> Add Grass Jelly powder to a bowl/ mug (use this as the base)
> Add all of the other items listed above
> Mix with milk and serve (can also use sweetener and coconut milk if you prefer it more sweet)
