Grass Jelly Powder makes grass jelly, a traditional Taiwanese herbal dessert with a light, refreshing bite.

Method of application:

Dissolve 100g grass jelly powder with 600ml hot water (1:6 ratio).
Pour into a container.
Cool down, then refrigerate for around 1 hour. Refrigerate the prepared jelly and use it while fresh.
