A fizzy and tropical delight that combines creamy pineapple goodness with chewy barley agar for a refreshing twist!
Ingredients:
- 15 g Sunwide Pineapple Powder (divided: 10 g for soda, 5 g for cream)
- 15 g Sunwide Barley Agar Agar Balls
- 250 ml sparkling soda
- 15 ml heavy cream
Instructions:
- In a small bowl, whip 5 g of Sunwide Pineapple Powder with the heavy cream and set aside.
- In a glass, mix 10 g of Sunwide Pineapple Powder with the sparkling soda until fully combined.
- Add 15 g of Sunwide Barley Agar Agar Balls to the soda and pineapple mixture.
- Gently spoon the pineapple cream mixture on top of the soda.
- Serve immediately and enjoy this refreshing treat!
