Sparkling Pineapple with Barley Agar and Pineapple Cream

A fizzy and tropical delight that combines creamy pineapple goodness with chewy barley agar for a refreshing twist!

Ingredients:

• 15 g Sunwide Pineapple Powder (divided: 10 g for soda, 5 g for cream)
• 15 g Sunwide Barley Agar Agar Balls
• 250 ml sparkling soda
• 15 ml heavy cream

Instructions:

1. In a small bowl, whip 5 g of Sunwide Pineapple Powder with the heavy cream and set aside.
2. In a glass, mix 10 g of Sunwide Pineapple Powder with the sparkling soda until fully combined.
3. Add 15 g of Sunwide Barley Agar Agar Balls to the soda and pineapple mixture.
4. Gently spoon the pineapple cream mixture on top of the soda.
5. Serve immediately and enjoy this refreshing treat!
