
Grass Jelly Boba Sago
A refreshing and creamy dessert drink, this sweet and chewy treat combines the unique flavors of grass jelly, coconut milk, and brown sugar for the ultimate indulgence.
Ingredients:
- 50 g sago
- 50 g Sunwide Brown Sugar Pearls
- 1 pack Sunwide Instant Grass Jelly
- 200 ml Sunwide Thick Coconut Milk
- 50 ml Sunwide brown sugar syrup
- Ice cubes
Instructions:
- Boil the sago for 15 minutes, then cover and let sit for another 5 minutes.
- Strain the sago and rinse it under cold water to prevent sticking.
- Line a serving bowl or glass with brown sugar syrup.
- Add the Sunwide Brown Sugar Pearls and Sunwide Instant Grass Jelly.
- Pour in the Sunwide Thick Coconut Milk.
- Add the cooked sago, top with ice cubes, and gently mix.
- Serve and enjoy this cool, satisfying treat!
