Grass Jelly Boba Sago

A refreshing and creamy dessert drink, this sweet and chewy treat combines the unique flavors of grass jelly, coconut milk, and brown sugar for the ultimate indulgence.

Ingredients:

• 50 g sago
• 50 g Sunwide Brown Sugar Pearls
• 1 pack Sunwide Instant Grass Jelly
• 200 ml Sunwide Thick Coconut Milk
• 50 ml Sunwide brown sugar syrup
• Ice cubes

Instructions:

1. Boil the sago for 15 minutes, then cover and let sit for another 5 minutes.
2. Strain the sago and rinse it under cold water to prevent sticking.
3. Line a serving bowl or glass with brown sugar syrup.
4. Add the Sunwide Brown Sugar Pearls and Sunwide Instant Grass Jelly. 
5. Pour in the Sunwide Thick Coconut Milk. 
6. Add the cooked sago, top with ice cubes, and gently mix.
7. Serve and enjoy this cool, satisfying treat!
