Strawberry Tequila

Ingredients:

• 60ml of tequila
• 30ml of fresh lime juice
• 2-3 strawberries quartered or sliced
• 40ml strawberry syrup
• 20ml of Cointreau or any orange flavoured liquor

Instructions: 

1. If desired, rim the glass with lime and salt or opt for a sugar rim. Combine strawberries, lime juice, and strawberry syrup in a shaker, muddle to effectively break up the strawberries. 
2. Add your tequila, orange liquor and ice to the shaker. Shake vigorously for 30 seconds at least until it’s super cold. 
3. Pour over ice in a glass and garnish with a strawberry or lime. And enjoy!
