How do I make a brown sugar fresh milk with this syrup?

Line the cup with brown sugar syrup, add cooked tapioca pearls, then fill with ice and about 300ml of fresh milk.

Turn the cup horizontally as you pour the syrup so it streaks the sides. The same syrup is used to infuse the pearls after cooking.

What is the shelf life, and how should I store it?
