Oreo Mug Cake With Pearls

Ingredients:
- 1 sachet (50grams) Sunwide Quick Tapioca Balls
- 2tbsp (16 grams) Sunwide Oreo powder
- 4tbsp (30 grams) Flour
- 1tsp (4 grams) Baking powder
- 2tbsp (25 grams) Sugar
- 1tbsp (15 grams) Sunwide Creamer
- 3tbsp (45 ml) Milk
- 1½tbsp (21 grams) Melted Butter
Instructions:
In a mug of your choice
- Mix all dry ingredients together
- Mix in milk and melted butter
- Soak the instant tapioca pearls in hot water and microwave for 30 secs
- Drain the pearls then mix into batter
- Microwave for ~2mins
- Serve it with more pearls, ice cream, or brown sugar syrup and ENJOY!
