How much fructose do I use per drink?

About 20ml per 700ml cup for a standard sweetness level.

Most shops offer 30%, 50%, 70% and 100% sugar options off that 20ml baseline. Fruit teas usually need more than milk teas.

What is the shelf life, and how should I store it?

Unopened, 24 months from the production date printed on the drum.

Store in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight. The best-before date is printed on every drum and every carton.

What is the difference between fructose and sugar cane sucrose?

Fructose is neutral, sweeter per gram than cane sugar, and dissolves instantly in cold liquid.
