How do I make a matcha latte with Pure Matcha Powder?

Whisk 3g to 5g of matcha into 30ml of hot water until smooth, then add 200ml to 250ml of milk and serve hot or over ice.

This is 100% matcha with nothing added, so it is unsweetened. Add fructose or syrup to taste. Sift it first if you want a lump-free latte.
