❓ Frequently Asked Questions
Can I use this powder with a tea base instead of milk or water?
Yes — this base is designed to work with brewed tea, water, milk or plant-based milk. It's especially popular for oolong, matcha and taro tea soft serve in bubble tea shops across Australia.
Do I need to stock multiple flavoured powders?
No. The key advantage of this base is that one powder covers all flavours. Add taro powder, matcha powder, or Sunwide Fruit Syrup to create different flavours on demand — reducing storage space and waste.
Is this suitable for commercial soft serve machines?
Yes — compatible with most commercial gravity-fed and pump-fed machines including Taylor, Carpigiani, Spaceman and similar brands.
Where can I buy in bulk / wholesale in Australia?
Contact Sunwide Pty Ltd directly for wholesale pricing. We supply bubble tea shops, cafés, dessert bars and food businesses across Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane and Adelaide.
