Our pure matcha powder can be used in drinks like iced/hot matcha latte, smoothie, slushy, bubble tea; dessert like ice cream, soft serve, shaved ice, pastry and cake flavoring.
Method of application:
Matcha Latte
1. Melt the 15g matcha powder, 20g creamer, 24ml fructose together with 250ml hot water. Stir well until dissolve.
2. Add full cup ice into shaker and pour 200ml fresh milk.
3. Shake well and ready to serve with toppings.
Recommend toppings: Sweet Red Bean/ Grass Jelly
